Fred Ward, ‘The Right Stuff’ and ‘Short Cuts’ actor, has died at the age of 79.
He died on May 8. He had been winning the audience’s hearts with a versatile talent for over a decade.
Ron Hoffman confirmed the news of the death but did not immediately specify any cause of death.
but the statement said it was Ward’s wish for donations to be made to the Boston University Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy Center.
